By discovering plants with medicinal properties that everyone here uses for daily care, we met the holders of this ancestral knowledge deeply rooted in Sri Lankan culture: families who let each essence grow on a piece of land, people who know each plant and its benefits.
We were amazed at the beneficial results of their consumption.
Looking further, we met allopathic doctors who also have knowledge of Ayurvedic medicine. Their journey is remarkable in its complexity linked to the study of the fundamentals of the human and the power of plants.
The human body is first considered as a whole before being analyzed as a series of individual components linked together.
We then wanted to know more and each experience lived in this universe, somewhat mysterious for us Westerners, reinforced our need to share again.
We then installed equipment in the Villa Lyvie to receive people in need of natural care under the responsibility of qualified professional doctors.
We attended the training by our therapists of young caregivers who practice Ayurvedic massages according to very precise criteria.

1 day discovery package
1 Consultation with the Ayurvedic doctor and 4 treatments
Duration: approximately 4 hours
Price: 43,000 Lkr
You will meet the Ayurvedic doctor for a consultation lasting one to one and a half hours, in order to establish your Ayurvedic health assessment.
Patients undergoing medical treatment must inform the Ayurvedic doctor.
She will explain the fundamental principles of Ayurveda and give you dietary and lifestyle advice.
Then, depending on her diagnosis, she will advise the therapist on the treatments adapted to your condition, and the oils to use.
If you wish, she can prescribe and provide you with an oral Ayurvedic treatment based on herbs only. This treatment is to be paid in addition directly to the doctor.
She can also give you a one-hour therapeutic yoga class tailored to you. This session is payable in addition (8,000 Lkr)

Duration: approximately 9 hours
Price: 91,000 Lkr
You will meet the Ayurvedic doctor for a consultation lasting one to one and a half hours, in order to establish your Ayurvedic health assessment.
Then, depending on her diagnosis, she will advise the therapist on the treatments adapted to your condition, and the oils to use.
At the end of your treatments you will have another appointment with the doctor to review your treatments.
